IScreen Features

• The i-SCREEN is designed for wet screening applications and it is perfectly sized to our i-CON gravity concentrator. It can allow up to 2 tons of solids passing to the underflow for further processing.
• The aperture of the supplied, high-strength steel screen media is set at 10 mesh (2mm) which is the recommended maximum feed size for the i-CON. For very fine gold applications 20 mesh (850μm) maximum is recommended.
• A 2 hp electric motor is coupled to a variable frequency drive (VFD) to allow for fully adjustable vibration speed.
• Integrated spray bars with ball valves.
• Heavy duty steel construction designed for long life under demanding conditions.
• 110 or 220 volt compatible with minimal mechanical assembly required.
• Reduced shipping costs due to barrel packaging which also serves as the screen support base.
